@gple87 I live in Norway. This is quite normal winter conditions, but there is very little snow in the video though. I have tried (just for the expreience) to drive on snow with summer tires. Very bad acceleration, no control and very bad breaking abilities. Then I changed to proper winter tires (Nokian Hakkapeliita, NOT "all season" or other types that DONT work on real winter roads) and the difference was enormous. With real winter tires I could accelerate, I had control and was able to stop.
At the end: "Sir, you just ran a stop sign. I need you to back up and do it again."

If yer going down a slippery hill, put yer vehicle in first gear and pump the brakes as necessary. If ya lock the brakes, you'll just slide.

Out of all of those drivers, only one knew what to do- release the brakes and steer toward the curb, where there's more traction.
There needs to be some extra training in drivers-ed for places that get snowed on, here in the US.
