I like a lot of what Ron Paul is saying, especially his foreign policy and monetary policy. However I think some of his domestic libertarian policies sound quite destructive. How do you maintain and expand infrastructure in a country of 330 million people without taxes? I guess you make everything for profit... private companies will own the roads and charge tolls to use them. And ineveitably this leads to mobility only for the wealthiest and a more unequal country than we have now.
