technically this is parkour... parkour is defined as a form of movement using ones body to go over, under, or through an environment with skill and efficiency. this my not show alot of skill, but theyre having fun, and thats a big part of parkour! so yaa.. the is PARKOUR.

@Ghecco09 yup, he's right. to all ppl saying parkour is freerunning and so forth, IT'S NOT. This guy from my school told me, that parkour is more about like a "martial-arts" side, while free running is about kinda showing off, doing some trick moves and having the flow of it. in parkour, it is not nessacery having to do a flip in front of someone. go search up wiki and you'll see what he means.

@rancy240 nah bro, you got it wrong, they are the same thing, the word "Parkour" is french for free-running, thats the direct translation, plus theres no martial arts to it, all it is, is getting from point A to point B in the most efficient way (vaults, wall jumps etc.) Parkour means to freely run without being stopped by obstacles "free-running" and people only do flips to show off ;) haha

@GregFutureMarine flips can be practical, like one time i was walking down the street and there was a milk van comming out of a driveway and blocking my path, there was loads of boxes of milk but a gap between the roof of the van too, if i were running, i wouldnt be able to underbar it cause the metal on the outside would cut my hands and a swan dive would cause a nasty mark on my head, a dive flip would have helped get through and land on my feet so... learn it ,:j
