It's many different copies of the same picture taken over and over (he had to do that in order to take pieces from the photos to cover all of the cars) and so it looks like the trees are swaying in a timelapsed video, but instead, they're just many different copies of the same photos, hit up the link in the description, and he explains it very detailed.
