No... I'm was being a bit sarcastic. Jim retired last year from SEAL Team and does the Extreme SEAL Experience Courses with me. Read "About This Video" above. Still alive and well, Jim is a high energy bad ass and those vids were made recently. Jim would do anything for charity but I would stress bringing lunch and as I've seen Jim in action, I'd recommend supper as well. Being Maddog's friend, if you did beat him, I'd have to shoot you. The pole seemed small and compact for Jim when he takes off for long trips in the mountains and Jungles. He usues the phrase " I was "RDT&E"ing it, which stands for Research, develop, test, and evaulate. Before going out and depending on the pole in the field, he tested it and it broke. He's in the market for another.

It was small and compact and perfect for what Jim does with his survival gear.
