I tried to add this into the new blogger 'edit HTML' section & I received the following error:

"Error parsing XML, line 14, column 72: The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference."

What should I do to add the code successfully?

Did not work for me says: [Your template could not be parsed as it is not well-formed. Please make sure all XML elements are closed properly.

XML error message: Element type "meta" must be followed by either attribute specifications, ">" or "/>".]
