I have played pretty much all of the sports, baseball (4-5 years) Hockey (2years) Soccer (1 year) Football(1 year)Golf (6-7) Lax less than a year, and i can tell you this, baseball the most you run in a game is probably id say 500 feet at the most, lax i have ran at least in a game, 1000+ yards now put in the tackling of football and hockey together, and the strategy of hockey, you have got your self some lax. The reason is it is so hard to get to and is so competitive. You think of it as catch and throw and hit. If it his so easy why do we spend so many years in training camps, sports centers JUST to get the right mechanics. EVery lax player I know hasnt gone to centers focusing on mechanics and if you mess up it can either end your game.

And we practice way harder then you. You put on all those pads and play in 90 degree weather in the summer for 2 hours and see how well you do. You cant really compare these two sports at all, lacrosse is one of the sickest sports ive ever played and absolutely love it. But baseball is just as fun in just in different ways, the feel of hitting a home run is unimaginable, you feel like youre the most important person in the world at that moment. Also lacrosse is definately fast paced and super competitive. but baseball is just as competitive and ALOT harder to score in. Basically they appeal to different kinds of people case closed.

Okay listen lacrosse players. You guys know baseball is better. It is broadcasted 3 seasons out of 4. It is the most popular sport in the United States. The reason is it is so hard to get to and is so competitive. You think of it as catch and throw and hit. If it his so easy why do we spend so many years in training camps, sports centers JUST to get the right mechanics. EVery lax player I know hasnt gone to centers focusing on mechanics and if you mess up it can either end your game.

@Tauruspt2 dude you want to play lax we all know it i played baseball and stoped when my coach started slapping my ass GAY!!! much i hate it and you do to i play lax now and its aweasome in baseball you prance around waiting for the ball to get hit in lax you are in at all times hitting aand smacking in baseball they put a sheet over the field when its wet in lax you play intil you get shocked by lighting and when that happens you just put in a sub everyone in the world knows la is a bettersport

I could see why u switched. and ur making fun of safety hazzards? u guys have huge gloves that can stop lighting. we use a 1 layer of thread in baseball gloves. and lax is so big because everyone who cant play baseall goes to lax lmao. simple. i bet you suck. find a real sport that's actually on tv once in a while.

@Tauruspt2 safety hazzards r u kidding me we have way more injuries in lax then in beaseball so shut up. And half the kids we recruit from our baseball team to lacrosse in our school suck at lax because its so much harder to play baseball you have to catch a ball takes no skill and hit a ball that requires a little skill. try lax when a d pole smashes at ur hands and arms and u try to place the ball in the corners of the goal perfect see how good u do.college lax is on tv more thancollegebasebal

@sjlaxer12 if it is so easy why is it have less people on the team? if its so easy why does it take all the ids who play years to get perfect skills? why do you we go sessions to practice with minor league players if it's so easy? If it's so easy why is it the most played sport on television? and it's a lot harder to catch a 80 mph ball that is curving in a 11 inch glove. and when the pitcher is throwing 80 annd ur just standing there im sure its so easy, thats why people strike out right?moron

@Tauruspt2 u try being a goalie people shooting 100 mph shot ya so u just lost again. And i have played baseball i was one of the best at our school then i switched to lacrosse and its way harder. And we practice way harder then you. You put on all those pads and play in 90 degree weather in the summer for 2 hours and see how well you do. I know ur sports intense like sometimes you have to slide or tag someone you guys never have to work against the clock ur sports intense

@sjlaxer12 my ass 100 mph. at 100 mph u cant see the ball if it doesnt have a seam on it or not. and exactly u wear pads also. we get up get hit with 90 mph fastball too? and our games are 2 hours and longer depending on if its a double header or not. im sure u were the best. PSSH NOT

@Tauruspt2 Look it up paul rabil fastest clocked shot at 110 ya and most the pros shoot 100. And pads pretty much do shit and u guys dont even get hit so u dont need pads

@sjlaxer12 i know ur sports intense like sometimes you have to not fall over and take a hit 1/8 of the force of a linebackers or run circles around the goal until ur defender trips on the back of it. u guys never have to work against real athletes in a competitive sport. yeah shut the fuck up laxer.

You cant really compare these two sports at all, lacrosse is one of the sickest sports ive ever played and absolutely love it. But baseball is just as fun in just in different ways, the feel of hitting a home run is unimaginable, you feel like youre the most important person in the world at that moment. Also lacrosse is definately fast paced and super competitive. but baseball is just as competitive and ALOT harder to score in. Basically they appeal to different kinds of people case closed.

it really annoys me that just bc most of those who get caught using PEDs play baseball, then you think ALL baseball players take them...first of all, thats incredibly false, secondly, they use PEDs not to build muscle or to hit home runs, they use it to return from injury quicker bc baseball players WANT to be on that diamond for 9 innings

Here are ways that lacrosse is superior:
+You shake hands with the opponent after the game
+You look down to eat a peanut and you may miss a goal or a big hit.
+You can play even when it rains
+The game has a clock (and it usually ends on time)
