I really like the "Spanish version" much better than the English one.Is the singer the same for both versions? The spanish voice sounds better.

THIS IS A REMAKE BY THE GROUP! Their was 1981 "Spanish" 12"inch release which has the exact English music accompaniment but instead of English lyrics it was sung in Spanish! Though this is the group, and yes this version is in Spanish also, this version is nothing in comparison to the '81release! Know that the original spanish version was only released on vinyl and unless someone rips it from record and uploads it well... let's just say happy hunting! Ripped mine from vinyl!

Why I never thought of there being a Spanish version of this as a kid, I'll never know. I just was thinking, "there must have been a Spanish version for this" and then here it is, but this does sound like it was re-recorded like others are saying. They should have made all the parts in Spanish.

I prefer the original "Spanish version" that came out on the 12" back in 1981. It sounded much more true to the original English version. I have it. It's available at DISCOGS. Com
