This is a really good video,why is you newer video of lighting(the one at 10,000 FPS) not as good quality?

My friend do you understand 3000 FPS, played back at 24 FPS or 12 FPS ? Since at 12 FPS it lasts less than 5 seconds (the video) that means it all happened in around 23ms (0.023 seconds, because I'm guessing you failed a lot of classes, physics being probably one) ...
