The Gracies are always competing in grappling tournaments and mix martial arts events. They take fighters from scratch and create champions. No one is dodging Gokor. Has Gokor ever fought Sakuraba, Ken Shamrock, or Tank? Has he or his students made it to Abu Dhabi? Before UFC started the Gracies challenged Benny Urquidez to fight Royce Gracie, then backed out of there own challenge when they found out he trained with Gokor under Gene Lebell. The Gracies were scared shitless of this guy

What is everybody talking about? How do they know that the Gracies wouldn't invite Gokor to UFC. I'm confused because the Gracies challenge everyone. They may not always win, but they seem to always put together great fights like Shamrock, Tank, Sakuraba, Bravo etc. I don't know why everyone keep hating on the Gracies. Why spread false rumors?

If I'm wrong please correct me because as of right now I like the Gracies because they made UFC what it is today.

@130kali There have been documented rumors, so much so that wikipedia even cites them, that the Gracies backed out of a challenge once they found out a student was trained by Gokor and LeBell. As far as I know the Gracies haven't squashed the rumor. But since none of these fights happened, its just rumors and speculation. I just wish some of these martial artists would be more respectful of each other, and not try to step on each other's necks and spit on each other after fights, not to name who

@130kali Probably because the Gracies overhype every fight, everyone has a huge weight advantage even when you can clearly see the Gracie fighter is bigger than he is, just look at the fight with Helio/Kimura. The Gracies made up a rumor that Helio said if it went past the 3rd minute he would consider it a win for them, Helio brought a coffin to the mat for Kimura even though he says he didn't expect to win, he was unconscious at the 3 minute mark, he admitted this after Kimura's death...
