I have access to the parks most days of the year. I've been to Disney Parks (west and east coast) perhaps 100, 200 times?

Looks great! Thanks for the upload.
But I think I'll save my DVC points for the Animal Kingdom Lodge, or Wilderness Lodge... they're just more themed, I guess, the Bay Lake tower seems TOO modern I think. It's hard to put something like this into words at 12:01 AM in the morning, haha.

It is very modern -- but wouldn't it be worth buying into and getting a very desirable home location be an advantage (for trading) down the road?
