  • Thank you, and keep up the good work.

  • @16alarkin yw! thank you! I will! :)

  • How do you know if a supplement is of low quality, im taking this supplement called Natures way alive whole food energizer, its a powder, says its the #1 mega nutrient, and im also been taking a colon cleanser called The original colon cleanse. its of100% psyllium husk. so have you heard of these before and do you know if their good? Is their anything else you recommend for cleansing the body?

  • @16alarkin I'm not too familiar with them but you can google the ingredients to find out more... psyllium husk is good but I would recommend fiberzon over that colon cleanse b/c it has a variety of things. Also, if the ingredients are organic it's always better too. Hope that helps!

  • @stealth423 I've read 11 MG for men and 8 MG of zinc for women... I read that from a source I trust so that's what I'd recommend... or around that! as close as you can and try to get it in your diet.

  • megaa doses of vitamin A (200,000+ IU) daily for a short period of time has been proven to reduce sebum production in the sebaceous glands w/ only acute symptoms, such as dryness n occassional nose bleeds. what is your take on this? have u heard of such research?

  • @acedykes All vitamins help but I recommend that you get vitamins and minerals through your diet if you can... herbs are extra and I do recommend few herbal supplements b/c you don't really eat herbs (the one's I recommend) for the most part.

  • @acedykes Some vitamins are better than none, taking it is better than not taking it... But I still recommend getting it in your diet. Hope this helps :)

  • I have recently been on an organic apple diet and using a megadose (5g) of the B5 vitamin. I purchased 250 capsules of the brand "NOW'. I am assuming that is like the cheapest. Do you have any recommendations yet for a more high quality brand?

  • @strictlynineties Good to hear, Now brand is actually ok-good... There are probably better but I have vitamin B from now brand as well. I recommend looking up veggies that contain vitamin B and eating those too! Thanks for the question! :)

  • I bought clearin a natural pill from vitamin shoppe nd its targeted for acne, blemishes and pimples. can yu do a review for it?

  • @xoiNDiANPRiNCESSxo Yep, for sure... I just wrote it down and will make a vid on it... thanks for letting me know about it! :)

  • I've heard Vit. E good too, since is an antioxidant,it helps to clear the skin

  • @kmichicken Yep! Vitamin e is good too! thanks for the comment :)

  • I've been using Himalaya Herbal Healthcare Derma Care pills & they seem to help. I tried Fiberzon but couldn't stand the taste of the powder...

  • @happymimi16 lol... you get used to fiberzon, You can also drink it with juice and then you don't even taste it really... or take the fiberzon capsules so either way you can get around that one :) Thanks for the comment!

  • we have trader joes in ny too ! well i kno of 1...alsoo i have acidophilus and its for digestive health which im sure you eventually remembered lol

  • @starlet1017 very cool! Thanks for the comment and watching my vids! you rock :)

  • do you think fiberzon can kill all or most redness and acne on my face?

  • @PeterThePolak Yeah, it will definitely help a lot... drink it in the morning with water and then wait like 20 mins to eat.

  • Hey David, I was just wondering if anti-biotics are good for clearing up infections on the skin and what I mean is the anti-biotic pills?

  • @PeterThePolak generally speaking antibiotics are not good for acne... antibiotics treat the acne but they do not treat the cause of acne... By eating healthy and giving your skin the nutrition it needs you cure the cause of your acne which heals your acne from the inside out instead of continuing to put creams and things on your acne that don't work. I don't recommend any antibiotics or medications because they only treat the acne... I teach is to treat the acne but cure it internally too.

  • @PeterThePolak And internally only through holsitic acne treatments... things like supplements, vitamins, minerals, probiotics etc... antibiotics and meds don't fix the problem even though they are internal... They cause more problems by attacking the problem instead of healing the problem which nutrition does. Hope this makes sense ok :) Thanks for the questions!
