Since nobody came, and after Nnoitra was dead Grimmjow's body wasn't around, the truth is that Grimmjow died on the ground. This is my theory on how Ulquiorra can come back first lets start with Isshin he was a shinigami but it's never explained how he became human so here it is maybe he was too powerful to become human because of his reiatsu so he had to find a way to get rid of his Excessive power in his case it might have been ichigo (that could explaon why Ichigo had a lot of power and shinigami powers) making Ichigo more powerfull and allowing Isshin to be a human so maybe Ulquiorra can do the same

And about it being Quincies being in the final arc...Im actually happy it is them since I was always interested in the quincies and Uryu does not have the full power of a quincy like his father Ryuken does but we haven't seen his father in battle at all. So it is exciting to see that their are quincies alive.

The only espada's who are logically to be able to appear would be Grimmjow(since he not dead), Nel, Tier Harribel, Nnoitra(since his body was still intact), and Starrk(since we never saw his death). Everyone else died and Ulquiorra couldn't regenerate internal organs that were destroyed by Ichigo in his hollow form. He is done. Just like how Kaname Tousen, and Gin are done.

Grimmjow is dead, just because Kubo said that he might become a friend doesn't make him alive. He could very well come back to life next arc, as of right now we can assume hes dead. Of course Kubo himself said he might become an ally, so its highly possible hes gonna be revived.

This is my theory on how Ulquiorra can come back first lets start with Isshin he was a shinigami but it's never explained how he became human so here it is maybe he was too powerful to become human because of his reiatsu so he had to find a way to get rid of his Excessive power in his case it might have been ichigo (that could explaon why Ichigo had a lot of power and shinigami powers) making Ichigo more powerfull and allowing Isshin to be a human so maybe Ulquiorra can do the same

@instantezz Thats hollows...they are arrancars now and Ulquiorra wasn't cleansed by a zanpakuto he was ripped apart by Hollow Ichigo.
And about it being Quincies being in the final arc...Im actually happy it is them since I was always interested in the quincies and Uryu does not have the full power of a quincy like his father Ryuken does but we haven't seen his father in battle at all. So it is exciting to see that their are quincies alive.

@Tux88081 That's in hell because those two espadas sinned while they were alive as human. Good espadas who die(if purified by a zanpakuto) probably goes to the soul society. Espada's who die by a non zanpakuto cease to exist. Hollow Ichigo ripped Ulquiorra apart and it wasn't with his zanpakuto so Ulquiorra cease to exist.

The only espada's who are logically to be able to appear would be Grimmjow(since he not dead), Nel, Tier Harribel, Nnoitra(since his body was still intact), and Starrk(since we never saw his death). Everyone else died and Ulquiorra couldn't regenerate internal organs that were destroyed by Ichigo in his hollow form. He is done. Just like how Kaname Tousen, and Gin are done.

Ulquiorra can't come back because when Ichigo went into that hollow form he completely destoryed Ulquiorra and his limbs. And Ulquiorra said he can't regenerate internal organs he lost. Ichigo in hollow form completely destroyed his internal organs. He's gone.
