With all due respect, Judaism is about a relationship with G-d, not a series of rote rituals. How do you intend to address this? It seems the focus is all on going through the motions as opposed to having a deeper understanding of how to connect to G-d.

WHAt does that have to do with the need to train people to perform the rituals? You desribe an important aspect of Judaism but we still need people who can perform the rituals.
