It's a spinelock because Eddie had the hips triangled with his legs. Ivan Salaverry did something similar to Tony Fryklund, but he didn't pull back on the head..
Nice, I wanted to try this out in sparring, but didn't know it was allowed. Pretty sick... most people know to defend the RNC, so this is quite the efficient attack.
