  • Perfect combination!!

  • this is beautiful!!

  • Why cant white take your castle to get out of check instead of moving his king?

  • Additional finish. Instead of h6, it could have continiued:

    Nh3+ Kh5 (Kh6 Nc7+ Kh5 Qc3#) Qc3+ kh6 Nc7#

Your mate is 1 move faster though. Very nice combination! :D

  • why didn't the pawn take the rook? wtf?!!

  • @alinusD It did, didn't it?

  • its a nice checkmate but why as white would you play Kh3 you werent playing against a pakistani cricketer were you

  • @FFFUUUCCCKKKEEEDDD He was trying to avoid Ne5-f3+ ideas in a fancy way and it backfired

  • @zibbit so you are telling me that the king was on g1 and to avoid being forked by Ne5-f3 he marched it to h3 , i already dont believe that because you would have played Ne3 when the king was on G2 to pick up the rook (winning the exchange) the check on g5 would have been harmless so white would have to recapture .So that means you are saying after he played Kg2 you did nothing because you knew he was going to play Kh3 next walking straight into your dastardly mate , do you see the problem?

  • @FFFUUUCCCKKKEEEDDD No you dont' get it. I played Qb7 and he got fancy and played Kh3 allowing the combination and though he was avoidiing Nf3+' ideas.

  • @zibbit you are right i dont get it you played Qb7 and then he played Kh3. Kh3? why wouldnt he play Qxd5 just winning the knight theres no need to move the king after Qb7 . This also means that before you protected the knight with Qb7 it was en prise and would have been taken on the previous move that also means you wouldnt have played Qb7 to protect because that fails you would have to move the knight , none of this makes sense . Why not put a full pgn in the uploaders comment section to help

  • Didn't actually get what the combination was.

  • great combination and a unique checkmate

  • i am very much of a beginner but how about from initial position sacrifice knight to c5? it seems like an black advantage to me... pls prove me wrong

  • @swamp1988 which knight can move to c5?

  • @swamp1988 There is a black pawn on c5, seems very much like a very illegal and pointless move!

  • @swamp1988 you mean Nf4?

  • I saw it! Yay, I'm getting much better

  • nice!!

  • great combination. there's nothing he could do.

  • very nice- shades of Frank Marshall

  • excellent finish.

  • Nice to watch, thx :)

  • nice

  • Brilliant!

  • Very neat! Proves Fischers' point about what a powerful force Queen and Knight can be.

  • Beautiful!

  • lol yeah i'm sure you'll use this.. No seriously I hope you understand that the chances you get into this position are very low..

  • stunning!

  • Not bad

  • amazing tactical flurry.

  • great

  • nice

  • the final mate *is* very nice.

all six squares that the king touches are covered once by your pieces - your knights cover four squares and your king covers the last two...
