It's in a restaurant, that was closed and only opened for Darren and his crew. When paying the bill Darren thought the tip was included - as it is in some states - but it wasn't. One waitress asked for the tip and obviously said he was cheap!

Yeah I think you're right, he was waiving at her expecting her to take it and when she didn't he just threw it.

True, however he didn't really give her much of a chance to take it if you watch the clip again carefully. He threw it down a little too quickly.
