It's the regular spruce top D 25 in cherry. I think it was a 79 when I looked it up. I have a Martin now so it's being neglected..

Thanks...I can't play the guitar like Neil but I do try to approach the overall sound as close as I can...I have a couple non Neil covers up but Neil Young is what I do and I'm sticking to it.

I love this. From the videos I've seen of you so far, I say I like your acoustic style better, as I can actually hear the melody better. You know how much you sound like Neil when you sing in the lower tone? There's definitely a similarity. Are you doing an impression singing voice, or do you just happen to sound pretty close?

That's a question I can't answer. I started playing in 1971 with one goal to play NY songs. I started singing along overdubbing the vocals to Gold Rush and soon people were saying I sound just like NY. Not a bad thing in my book.  I guess the nasal voice is partof it. Did you see my Hello Its Me?
