Hey honey. I just wanted to maybe suggest that you use a lower heat setting. It seems like you're using the heat I use, but I could blow dry my hair to be as straight as yours was then I would definitely use a lower heat setting, if not, excuse me for being a know it all.

Try using infusium leave in conditioner frizzology on your hair after you shampoo and condition it. That helps me with the frizz.

Nice hair ... it has a lot of body. I haven't used Nu Gro, I plan on it in time. I will have to say that my hair has gotten a lot thicker since I have been using ovation cell therapy ... I've been using if for about two months now ... I plan on buying the Megatek next cause the ovation is just too expensive ... you might try adding that to your regimen to see if it will improve your thickness.

Your hair is beautiful! Just a quick suggestion though. When you flat iron your hair (or add any type of heat) you should really be using a heat serum. I suggest using Motions Simply smoooth heat serum. Righ before you flat iron it, spray a little, and then flat iron. Its alcohol free, makes your hair soft, and keeps it from breaking/thinning at the ends.

another good hair serum to try is the gvp silk remedy from sallys. it is just like the chi except cheaper ($9.00) and i really haven't noticed any changes in my hair from whiching to the sallys version.

conair flat irons are good lol i had them too but you should keep them clean just take the towel you used to dry your hair and wipe them down while your irons are warming up it work TRUST!!!!!!!!

i accidentally deleted the picture i took before using the nu-gro. i took a picture at the end of the vid that i will be using to compare any further growth that i notice. i would say i noticed about a half an inch in growth within the first two weeks.
