@SmileyDuDexD If he's telling you this AND your best friend, imagine all the other girls he's telling that to that you don't know about. He sounds immature. If he likes you he wouldn't be hot and cold like that. You can confront him and ask him what's his deal or you could ignore him and find somebody better. Do you know if he flirts with other girls, because if he does, he might just be a flirty person. So it might not mean anything to him. It just depends on the guy. I hope this helps somehow.
