@SunnyDaysRFun You have no clue what you are talking about. Legally it means that, on its face, certain facts appear to be self-evident. It denotes evidence, that UNLESS REBUTTED, is sufficient to prove a fact. It is seen as legitimate in a court of law unless show otherwise. There is no rebuttal evidence showing that he was born elsewhere, that there is any issue with the evidence or anything else. It is used every day for passports, etc.

The republicans killed the birther issue during the 2008 campaign because Mccain was not born in the US. Senate Resolution 511 made him a "natural born citizen".
It was actually introduced by McCascal,Obama,Leahy and Clinton. John McCain ran for president even though he was not a natural born citizen. Then they used his previous campaigns as a precedent.
