the magnets are angled, it's designed to spin in that one direction only. and not only are the magnets angled, but there's 3 rows of them on different wheels synced up so that wheel will turn no matter what orientation, even if it's stopped while the case is closed. the wheel itself is made of light, hollow plastic, and the magnets are neodymium iron boron. you have to draw this out and demonstrate where the wheel will not be accelerating in order to disprove it, b/c the wheel is always forced.

If that is spinning by itself, it definitely could spin an alternator. It would be one thing if he spun it up by motor for a second and it kept going. It is another, when it accelerates quickly from a dead start. That kind of acceleration equals power. Definitely enough to spin an alternator.

I'm not saying I think that all who buy into this stuff are stupid -some just find it fun/interesting and don't know any real physics. But there are many real nuts/morons out there. I recently saw one tantrum-throwing cretin claiming to be a professor of physics (even though it was clear he knew nothing of real physics), thinking it gave his asinine ideas an air of credibility. This video was a complete fake, although it is possible for magnetic propulsion to exist and in saying that it is possible for it to exist in a circular motion, and when you harness the energy from that then it will become cheap energy. It is possible but few manage to extract it. By this design it looks as if it could run but the timing is completely off.

the magnets are angled, it's designed to spin in that one direction only. and not only are the magnets angled, but there's 3 rows of them on different wheels synced up so that wheel will turn no matter what orientation, even if it's stopped while the case is closed. the wheel itself is made of light, hollow plastic, and the magnets are neodymium iron boron. you have to draw this out and demonstrate where the wheel will not be accelerating in order to disprove it, b/c the wheel is always forced.

You can use whatever you want, like wood. But Teflon is just more temperature resistant and it will not deform, and it's easy to saw like wood.
To shield the magnet you can use carbon ring tubes, found in electronics hardware store.

In this case, over time the magnetic flux of the magnets will decrease to the point where frictional torque is greater than the torque output as a result of the magnetic flux.
