It's not so much that wendythirteen would present things getting done that are favourable to Punk or alternative sub-cultured minded people but for anybody and everybody matter what they believe in or know of. A way more sensitive ego-less life is suggested. A mind that says let's enjoy not be in pain. What's the point of that.
Hey, if I lived in Van City, I'd vote for her. The big civic parties offer only nutless clowns who basically are so detached from normal people, it would be good to have some like Wendy there go give them a verbal slap from time to time.
