I cant get my easycap to work. I had to install stk1160 drivers because I'm using my netbook. I install them and it says "make sure your easycap is not plugged in" so it isn't and then I install it then it says please plug in your easy cap and wait for it to install. I plug it in and it makes the USB "doo-doo" noise and then nothing happens? Please help I really want to film.

If so you need an AVI player or editor. I thought windows media player played AVIs? If not try VLC (freeware) and if you editing msg me and ill give you a hand

Ive tried updating drivers and stuff but when i try to update the EMP one it seys that it cannot be updated or something like that and a yellow flash is on it.

@Llund95 Under your 'Devices' menu, does it have listed 'USB 2821 Device' & 'USB EMP Device'? If not check in device manager. If it isnt in either then your cap card is plugged in to a port that isnt powered enough or you have the other model of easycap!

Right it works, but I save the file as mw2.wmv and when I go to upload it to youtube the file said it would take 206mins to upload for a 15second video because the file is massive, and I can't import it to windows movie maker. Also when I save it as .avi I cant upload it to youtube or open it in windows movie maker? Any idea how I can fix these problems?

@XiDodgers1050iX I'm not sure mate, think you have to save as a AVI for it to work! You will just have to find a program or plugin that lets u edit AVIs

Alright, so i have this huge problem!
