Photoshop Elements 7 is a photo editing program. Although you could still draw with it, just not as well.

@Jaedeykins okay are you using a tbalet to draw or your mouse? And maybe it's the tool, right click the box with the pencil (if it's set at pencil) and change it to brush ^^

@aznkai13 No no, to draw on a comp. you need to buy a tablet. wacom has some good ones. just google wacom tablets a pick and buy one. for more info try looking up videos here on youtube about tablets. ^^ it's like a pen that acts as your computer's cursor.

@regirock57 you should try scanning or taking a picture of your drawing w/ a camera drawing on the computer is hard but is possible if u have a steady hand and some practice i can draw w/ a mouse real easy since that was what i used to always draw w/ until i bought my $100 tablet that i protect with my life so i would nvr go back to that experience when i was 9. practice and whole lot of repetition of certain parts of ur anime drawing start and master the face before anything else then move on
