I prefer to hide in the louvre building and teleport myself to the top and wait for them to appear & shot them behind with your weapons. (Power missiles is better!!!)
Go To The Right Hand Corner where the bushes Are Set A Remote And If Done Right You Blow Yourself To The Other Side Of The Wall I Would shoot at the enemies from the other side

There was A Trick i always used
