I just did this workout and it kicked my butt, the only other things that have gotten me tired like this were football and Marshal Arts. Great video and workout thanks
question for anyone? what do you think is best. a long less intense workout or a short/intense workout.like jogging for example:i thought you would rather go for distance then speed but just in general speaking.which is best????
skipping is great. I got pretty lean just by skipping like a boxer every morning. Spice it up girl! Try alternating single leg skips, crossovers, double steps, jog-skip, etc...
I had arm surgery 6 months ago, so I haven't worked out in a while. I definitely have a bunch of fat that has gathered around my stomach and chin, not so much my legs and arms. Additionally, I have become very busy with work and school. Do you think if I do this 5 days a week, 15 minutes a day that I can start shedding the stomach fat? I used to do only weight lifting, and even doing that and a healthy diet, there was always a bit of stubborn stomach fat >:[
85 was ur best in 40 seconds.... and the last one... where u "pushed"..... u hit 92!!! amazing! great job hun.... keep it up with these vids, ur an inspiration to all of us!
@23Crysti I can find out. I will use a heart rate monitor that tells me the calories burned. It will be for my age, weight, and height though..... My HR monitor is out of battery though so I need to fix it before I can tell you.
I heard someone on YouTube claim that 30 minutes of jump rope = about 700 calories burned. The way they'd do it is jump for a minute, then take a minute rest. Similar to this video, only for 30 whole minutes. That said, 10 minutes of jumping rope would = around 290-300 calories burned. I suck at math, but ya... hope this helps. I don't jump but definitely gonna get into it. Getting sick of my stationary bike. Boring to do and 30 minutes of that = only 300 calories burned >_>
@JackHu1000 I do not see why not. It is a great cardio workout and it is very short so if you do not have time for something else, this is good. If I am feeling really energized, I may sometimes do this after another 15 minute HIIT workout.

You should be able to jump rope 10mins without stopping for a breath. Plus jump on one foot at a time.
