are the pintails good sliding boards and whats a good flex for them if you weigh like 130

I don't own one, but knowing the company and the boards they make, the pintail will slide, but tech slides (flatspins and such) probably won't work too well. Depending on what trucks you run, get different flexes. Randal trucks tend to stiffen the flex by about one flex (as opposed to paris). If I were you, and I assume you want to slide, I'd probably go with a flex 4 or flex 3 and Randal 150's. Hope that helps.
