  • The elevator was orginally installed by southern elevator and modernized by Elevator Specilaists of Carolina Inc in 2004 with MCE control.

  • @thesurge1992 Holy crap. How'd you find that out? I've been wondering about a lot of the MCE-based elevators that NCSU seems to be littered with.

  • There is more information about those sensors on the company website as they actually do a great job to aid people use lifts safety and actually in some places has stopped people getting hurt by elevator doors.
