Absolutely fantastic! I really appreciated this video! It gave me chills of happiness, pride, sadness, and so many other emotions. Thank you for a great posting, and my most humble of statements of gratitude simply cannot express my appreciation for those fighting a war in my stead.

i like how this was written by a marine and its called a soliders silent night. Anyway i love this poem and the narrative and background music adds so much emotion to it, i get all teary eyed everytime i here this.

Today people hope for this to happen to soldiers. They hope that people who help defend them and their liberties will have nothing but hell for the rest of their life. They want all soldiers to have the crappiest life ever because they are idiots who think that everything is a soldiers fault and not their own or even the enemies.

Man! This song brings a tear to my eye. I may not support the war or the greedy morons that lied to us and got us stuck there in the first place. But dammit I support our troops. They don't pick and choose and they do the job that they're asked to do. I may not support the war. But I support our warriors.

Also, I never EVER said or implied "I support the troops but I don't support what they're doing" because then I'd be contradicting what I said. My beef is with the jackasses from the previous administration and all the opportunistic and arrogant politicians in Washington. Not with the troops. So you like whos in the whitehouse now. A Muslim sympathizer, who can't even use the work "victory" when planning strategy for Afghanistan. Who gives our enemy a timetable for our exit date. Who knows nothing more than "Blame Bush". Sure mistakes were made, but we had a president who at least was trying to win the war of terror in Iraq. I'll agree with you on most potiticians though.

The thing with Obama though is that he's trying to be diplomatic and improve the ties that we once had with other countries. The same ties that were ruined in the past 8 years. In either case Obama is no different. He's just like any other president: a puppet getting it's strings pulled. Same game, different face, Had John McCain or even Ron Paul had won, they'd do the same. ALL politicians are dirty snakes. You can't really trust a single one.

Maybe the queen of England and the Israeli ambassador aren't exactly high on his priority list because they are already our allies. We're on fairly good terms with them.

And allies should still be treated with respect seeing as how you never know when you're going to need them. And by your degrading remark on the teaparty it seems to me that you are against them (that was obvious) and think of them as lower forms because of what they do. Yet you probably support a lot of the left winged groups that do things similar to them yet in a more violent way. (The teaparty is the most civil of all the protest group we have had in the past decade)
