I just found a store going out of business and got a 1999 ken schrader skoal Autographed

and 2006 Jeff Gordon Chip fuse autographed by Gordon!!! both for under 60 jeff gordon one came with Coa

How can you tell if autographs on cars are real? Dosn't the nascar hologram mean it's real?

Not for the autographs. The hologram means its a NASCAR 'official' product.

for certain driver the out one on the car and autograph over it so that proves it real
