  • so good!!

  • I know for A fact that JK did not write these books! The real writer is also an inventor, car designer, movie and television writer. The real writer lives in Cache Valley and he wrote the screenplay for Back To The Future at the age of seven.

  • @787brx8 lolololololol

  • @787brx8

    troll

  • @787brx8 are you retarded?

  • @ralithelion I think you are small minded and cannot see the big picture. My name is in the Harry Potter books. That is a fact! People like you are the reason I stopped signing autographs. I have donated more money to the Red Cross than you will ever make in your entire lifetime.

When my brother got married the Governor was at his dinner party. At the end of the day, I know that I made some people happy reading my books and that is all that matters...

  • @787brx8 i'll answer my question as a yes....

  • @ralithelion The first symptoms of frontotemporal dementia may be personality changes or unusual behavior. People with this condition may not express any caring for others, or they may say rude things etc... You seem to think you know me, and what I have or have not accomplished in my life. I think you need to see a doctor, answering your own questions is fairly crazy.

  • @787brx8 tl;dr

  • Google plus is based on passion related relationships and this is a great marketing possibility for businesses

  • Hp4ever

  • HP is way more famous than frodo, Doroty, Alice or I don't know the other. Who is Doroty ?

  • Personally I found HP to be a massively over-rated pile of wank... like Avatar... Waaaay over-rated. Anyway, back to more Molly... Molly Molly Molly... Oh, Molly... You blonde cutie you!!!

  • "The book became about the enduring sense of love in the face of death."

    In a word -Bullshit.

  • ITS OVER :D YYYAAAAYYYY

  • Hmm... Harry, Alice, Huck, Frodo, and Dorothy.

Someone needs to get on drawing this epic fan art crossover.

  • @ChibiHoboProductions Huck~??

please ... wanna know more ^^

  • @lolguy00 huckleberry finn

  • Just wondering why I have to ride the volume control on all the Rocketboom vids? It always seems to be loud enough, but some vids, like this one, are so incredibly hot, you can here it was clipping when it was recorded, them post production is also so hot that I have to JUMP to turn the screaming volume down. After all these vids, and mostly great production values, can't Rocketboom figure out this small problem finally?

  • Wise words Molly - wise words. I like it how you manage to encapsulate what I hope we're all thinking in your vlogs. And how you don't dumb things down and you speak in an intelligent manner about not necessarily intellectual stuff.

  • Hi Molly. Please send me a pair of your dirty panties. I want to sniff them and jerk off on them. Thanks. Please wear them for at least a week.

  • I love those rocketbooms videos but why don't they pay more attention on sound, especially molly microphone? she has a cute and fitting voice, but it comes out distorted because of crappy hardware or false adjustment

  • Er you a wizard?

  • what was that yellow... thing just below-to-the-left-of molly's lip.

  • Emma Watson is perfect.

  • I've never read the books and only saw the first movie, and I could care less.

  • I love these books so much.

  • Who's Harry Potter?

  • Oh mon dieu ! Rest in... peace ! :-p

  • Who put "Cute'' in the tags? Someone has a crush...

  • @SnowdragonDS who doesn't?

  • @vectorialalo Second.

  • molly i was thinking you could do some story about water. so long as it involves you in a swimsuit it would be great

  • I never liked harry potter much.

  • i'm reading them again today :)

  • Here's "something right out of Harry Potter", but I found it on street view! Check out;

    watch?v=EsMj0tw9E3c

  • The sound sounds odd, but still interesting

  • @madusasnape Part 1 of the movie came out in 2010 and the part 2 came out this year

  • You wrote in '10 was when Hallows came out, i'm pree sure the movie came out this year,11'.

  • @madusasnape nope, 2010. Time flies by doesn't it?

  • @madusasnape Deathly Hallows Part 1 came out in 2010

  • Harry will live on!

  • Molly, the audio quality of this video is terrible, it's clipping constantly. Other than that, good job as always :)

  • Harry Potter Lives!

  • Is there something you're not telling us? Now you've got me in suspense. (smirk)

  • rowling like bowling!

  • Severus Snape was the real hero in the Harry Potter series.

  • @SoullessConviction indeed he is.

  • molly: end quote. (smiles)

    me: awwwwwwwwe!! (smiles back0

  • What a beautiful women; I adore her cute little smug face at the end

  • @davoisakoollord She is funny too.

  • @davoisakoollord You need to use plural when you're talking about molly :D if you know what i mean

  • @davoisakoollord Yeah, she is attractive.

  • @davoisakoollord

    *woman

  • @davoisakoollord There's more than one? I hadn't realized.

  • I love elegantly sexy intelligent women… Please God, and thank you!

  • don't look now but your roots are showing

  • @ROCKETBOOM Molly you been mugged???? you got a bruise or something on you right lower jaw (to the viewers is left).????

  • I'd like to punch molly right in the fucking face... alas someone beat me to it.

  • damn, is that a light bruse in her lower right lips

  • It's J.K. Rowling - pronounced ROLLING. Obnoxious Potter fan, I know.

  • Your smile at the end is too cute ^_^

  • so cute

  • hm interesting.

  • You...you are pronouncing Jo's name wrong. It's painful to hear. Rowling like bowling people. Not Rowling like growling.

  • @BubbleGumPinkHair1 :O Is it really? I was taught that it was like "growling." That's how most of the people around where I live say it, anyway.

  • @starfire139:

Can we settle an important question? (JKR: yes) How do you pronounce your last name?

    JK Rowling:

It is Row-ling. As in rolling pin. (mimics rolling action)

    Stephen Fry:

So if any of you hear someone pronounce her name "Rohw-ling", you have my permission to hit them over the head with -- not with Order of the Phoenix, that would be cruel. Something smaller, like a fridge

From a Q&A session with Stephen Fry

  • @BubbleGumPinkHair1 ....So.... I guess I've just been hit by a fridge.

  • Meh. They were low level books. I mean, that they're aimed towards children. The Lord of the Rings was a high level series, but I guess that's what made Harry Potter so popular.

  • I shall put a curse on the one, who let the bruise on Mollys face. Unless it is her who left it :P :D

  • Comment removed

  • It's Rowling like bowling. Not Rowling like Row(fighting)-ling

  • going to tell the truth about Molly, this girl is the best Communicator ever on youtube, has the Super Communication Skill and is nice. it doesn't get better on YT. be happy that you have ever found her.

  • You'd put Huck on the same shelf as Dorothy, Harry, and Frodo? HUCK SUCKED! And it was so racist! Come on, really?

  • Who punched Molly in the jaw and how many of you want to get in on the ass kicking?

  • A good book doesn't have to be smart or a literary masterpiece, it's the story! It's how the story makes you imagine and picture the story in your head.

  • @4chanforeveryone exactly, critics know nothing about what they deem good or not, they will say something is stupid which most other people will love

  • ITS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT THE FINAL harry Potter movie has already broken a record for most money earned in an opening weekend.

  • You look sooooo cute at 3:20 n_n

  • what's happen molly :( ? who kick you in the face ? I will kill him >.< !!

  • @AnySub @JediwannabeUK I think it's from when she got her wisdom teeth removed a few weeks ago. (Saw it on Twitter)

  • snape kills dumbledore...

  • Harry Potter really is a phenomenal series. For me, Rowling matured as a writer and the books matured in their themes as I matured from an elementary school student to an adult. The plot and characters strike a chord with any reader with a heart, and the writing vastly improves from good to superb as the series went along. Definitely, without a doubt, a classic.

  • @haw45386 never liked it.

  • @haw45386 same i remember being read the first book in like grade 2 or 3 and now 12 years later having fond memories about it

  • @haw45386 lol i also remember being read it in the library at school every week, but everytime we'd be read it we'd only get a few pages in and then we'd leave and often it would be a new person and she'd start over from the start.. never got past first chapter

  • who needs to read the books. All i saw were the first 3 movies then part2 and thats all i need to watch. Dont really care for HP

  • 3:21 Watchin molly's cute little smile on youtube and I JIZZED IN MY PANTS!

  • this makes me want to cry. every goddamn time i think of harry potter!!

  • I love molly's little smile

  • @akidforever92 The 3:21 pursed lips smile moment is indeed lovely but if you freeze frame then you can really see just how small The Divine Moll's gob really is and hence understand her awful sufferings when two mighty wisdom teeth wanted to burst in and join an already overcrowded party. Sorted now though...Forwards Molly!

  • surprising not yet to see Molly on GMA, or something

  • What bruise are you guys talking about? She looks fine to me...

  • @grace23fun The left side of her mouth. It's a little brown...Does look like she got bitch slapped.

  • I want to see the new Winnie the Pooh move.

  • that win face at the end was perfect

  • Twenty years in the future... Harry Potter and the Phantom Menace.

  • It's pronounced "rolling," like the pins.

  • @erisfliestonight I think that might be the lighting...... or spaghetti sauce :P

  • Hey Molly, you mispronounced Rowling - You might as well do this whole Rocketboom episode over, as it's really an unforgivable mistake to make, especially seing as you are English.

  • The earliest most derivative thing in Harry Potter is the lightning bolt on his forehead. If you read the Alien vs Predator series of books (published years before Harry Potter) the female herione has a lightning bolt carved in her forehead as a sign of respect. She was travelling with Predators who hunted Aliens and she did something brave and they took a drop of Alien blood and with the Predators claw etched a lightning bolt onto her forehead. They are good books.

  • Who has done this to you?

  • Hogwarts is Home.

  • i stopped watching after the 2nd movie, it started to look very gay between the male actor.

  • Molly is so cute

  • such a great channel, never unsubscribing. cute girl, great topics, clever dialog. that's all I ever need

  • I haven't heard much praise from adults but I guess I could push my daughter to read the series. On the other hand, there are great unknown fantasy classics out there that need to get discovered by the public. E.g. Gene Wolfe's The Book of the New Sun or Jack Vance Lyonesse are true (adult) classics that haven't had the renown they rightly deserve. For kids, I'd recommend all the Moomin books.

  • Good books bad movies. Cant say id consider it a classic, more of a gateway to the classics like Lord of The Rings ect.

  • Bulshit. Harry Potter is a rip of Tomes of Magic from Neil Gaiman.

Dont get me wrong I see the value of the books, movies and etc.

But she fucked up on the end and the story is not original.

  • @Karimsama It's a rip-off of a lotta things; Tomes of Magic, The Worst Witch, Tolkien... Heck, even Star Wars. Bitch got lucky.

  • @neonatalpenguin Everything is derivative of what came before it, doesn't make it a ripoff. See "The Hero With a Thousand Faces" by Joseph Campbell.

  • @Crissix100 That’s the standard line of defence Harry Potter fans use; “it’s all based on myth”.

I don’t remember the chapter in The Hero With A Thousand Faces concerning a remote rural British boarding school for children with magical powers, with an ancient wizzard headmaster and teachers with names like crap emo bands. Because all that stuff’s in The Worst Witch.

  • @neonatalpenguin If the "line of defense" is standard, doesn't mean it's wrong. But you're right, she definitely re-uses existing images and settings. In that sense one could rightly argue that her work is not entirely original. To me, though, the power in her books is in the characters, the plot, and the writing. Those are hers alone, they are in no way a product of luck, and they are very good.

  • @Karimsama Just because something appears in two places doesn't mean the later is a "ripoff" of the earlier. What I value about HP is the storytelling, the characters, the plot, all of which are fantastic. So what if she re-uses a few classic images, so what is she re-uses many? You're right, the bones of the story are recycled. It's always the same story, and we all know it, but it's the fleshing out that makes us want to hear it again. Hers was very original, and very good.

  • @Crissix100 Dude. The story Sux. You dont really know that until the end when JK screws up so bad it ruins all the other books. Look at the Villain! He kills himself TWICE! On the Beginning and on the end!

Have you ever read any of the stories she ripped off? Ok it has its value I know. Lots of kids started the healthy habit of reading by HP. And that is Awesome. But people tend to get stupid over things they are obsessed about. Like HP. It is just not that good. Deal with it.

  • @Karimsama lol "deal with it". I'm not obsessed at all, it's not my favourite book series, not even in my top three. I guess we're gonna have to agree to disagree about the story. I'm definitely no stranger to fantasy literature and I found it fresh and engaging. I got a lot out of it symbolically and morally. My parents have three university degrees each (mom's is a PhD in English literature) and they both love the story. If you don't then that's totally fair, I guess it's just your loss.

  • @Karimsama Dude, bro, man, sux, you should take me seriously as a literary critic because of my incredibly vocabulary, wide-ranging syntax, and impeccable grammar. Right? Oh, wrong...

If you knew anything about literature, which I'm now under the assumption you don't, you'd know there are only about 5 or 6 possible plots that any story can follow. And archetypes? Yeah, they're actually the things that make stories memorable. The books are great, and they mature as the series progresses.

  • @haw45386 LOL I feel the anger on your message. That makes me smile. Even thou what you said made me sad.

  • @Karimsama LOL!!! WTF!!! hahahahahahahahaa!!

  • It looks like Molly speaks fast as she used to two years ago, and her cute lisp is back.

Let your teeth never hurt, Molly :-)

  • Comparing Harry Potter (J.K. Rowling) to The Lord of the Rings (J.R.R. Tolkien) is like comparing Apple to IBM. Or you highschool math teacher to Stephen Hawking if you will.

  • @gulllars Your*

I dislike that youtube doesn't have an edit button for comments...

  • @gulllars As someone who labored through The Fellowship of the Ring, I heartily disagree that The Lord of the Rings is that great. The dialogue sections (mainly anything with Gandalf) are interesting; everything else - decidedly less so. Tolkien's strange devotion to describing every environmental detail to the nth degree is particularly vexing. It brings the narrative to a dead halt. I, at least, can't stand it, and I have no intention of reading on.

  • @Paltheos So you disliked the detail and effort Tolkien put into every aspect, that's what i liked about it. Also, he was a genious at constructing languages and fictional worlds. Rowling focuses too much on keeping the narative simple IMHO.

The analogy was apple makes fancy stuff that's easy and basic, while IBM goes all the way from transistors and scientiffic research to mainframes and datacentres.

  • Molly is actually a Japanese built robot. All posts by here are part of the illusion.

  • does she have a bruise on her face?

  • To watch Molly open and shut her mouth, Pause the video and press 3 and 9 :) :)

  • you look better without the makeup.

  • Nice video, I especially enjoyed the penis embroidered on Molly's shirt.

what does this say about me?

  • *Cries*

  • Hahaha 666th like

  • @ciuzhiss 616 is the real number

  • The easiest way to remember how to pronounce 'Rowling' is that it rhymes with 'bowling'. She has said this herself in the past in an interview; I'm not just saying this because the spellings are similar.

  • I Really miss the Twins.......From Harry Potter....

  • You're mispronouncing Rowling... it's pronounced like "rolling" (sorry for being an insufferable nerd)

  • Molly patters.

  • Never noticed how Hot Rowling is....

  • FYI alot of the houses in edinburgh are tenement, even the modertley exspesive ones. SO the fact she lived in a tenement isn't the point it is the fact she lived in leith when it was still a shit hole (it better now.)

  • Nice job. Like the paraphrase.

    ps

your top needs to be lower

  • Great summary! I saw the movie 2 days ago (wednesday) it was amazing, great ending to an era, loved the books and films :)

  • Sounds peaking consistently throughout this video. GRRRR.

  • i cried.

  • Rowling, like rolling pin. It says so on her website.

  • Molly, did you got hit in the face or something?:( Your right part of the face near youre mouth has a bump. You ok?

  • Where did you send ELLA and will she ever come back?

  • R-O-wling.. like Bowling.

  • harry potter does not deserve to be remember as a classic anything near to lord of the rings, no.

  • Great summary, thanks

  • @ZAMIRMATAN Unless the video is fucking ENTITLED '' Harry '' fucking '' Potter ''. The argument is perfectly legitimate, you're just lacking in intelligence and therefore in a decent counter-argument. Don't even attempt a new response, you're not worth it.

  • A detailed fantasy world where you can really do anything would fascinate almost everyone and that's why I think that the key to the sucess of HP remains on the details of the Magical World.

The biggest flaw of the books are the fight scenes. they are really really bad. "oh look, i say 2 words and you're going to die and you'll not be able to block this because i'm very good with this shit"

  • Molly is almost as cute as Emma Watson!

  • watched the movie...i cried like a baby.

i grew up with harry potter and graduated the same year the franchise officially ended...as pathetic as it may sound, some of my best memories involve harry potter.

    I'm sad.

  • I never read the books so I could be surprised in the theater.

  • End quote.

  • You fullas should check and double check your videos before posting.

There's a lot of peaking going on in the audio.

  • Shes cute. Period.
