Computer Peripherals : How to Hook Up an External Hard Drive

I have the enclosure kit but im not sure what kind of hard drive I need to have. What kind do i need? I know how to hook it up and everything. I just DO NOT want to buy the wrong hard drive and it not be the the right one. Will a everyday computer hard drive work or is there a specific hard drive I need for a 2.5 rocket fish enclosure kit???? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

i have problem with my usb external hard drive,

i delete the autorun folder because i don't know what is it.

when i plug my external and i open it. it will not open.

anyony know how to make autorun of external hard drive? please help.

DId you try hooking up the power cord? You might want to double check that the USB cord is in the right way. Oh wait it only goes in one way.
