@TheMAJofficial@bluesboydude@gutsman4 This strat may be brighter than others, but consider that Greg's favourite OD, the Okko Diablo, is a lot less midrange heavy than many other OD pedals, kind of like a Fulltone OCD. Greg likes his controls in a neutral 12 o'clock position most of the time, which makes for a bright sound when played through a Fender amp. Different settings or a more midrangey pedal like a Tube Screamer or a BB Boost would make for a warmer, fatter sound
Greg, I'm certain you've been asked this a million time but where do you get all then backing tracks? They seem like they would be great to practice to.
Strats can sound a little piercing on bridge pup some times. I have my second tone control wired to the bridge instead of the middle. Turned down to about 7.. 7.5 that would have been perfect. Had the amp settings been changed the neck pup wouldn't have sounded so snappy.
If someday u go crazy and want to give away any of ur guitars, contact me
