im ping i5 irons, g2 sand wedge and 54 deg mb gap wedge. in my opinion they are the best quality irons money can buy, the materials and processes they use are all top quality and they last forever, my old g2s were heavily used for 6 years and still looked virtually new when i sold them on. if you are thinking about getting ping equipment i would highly recommend them. bit pricey but you defo get what you pay for with ping!
I play Ping i3 Blades and I've no desire to run out and replace them. Very forgiving yet you can still shape your shots. I also play Tommy Armour 845 Silver Scotts . . . nice irons but, less forgiving if you're not in the sweet spot.
A majority of their irons, wedges, and putters are made in the USA. Woods and hybrids are made in China but assembled in the USA (all of their clubs are re-inspected and assembled here). You can blame those clowns with the EPA for that. PING has been fighting with the EPA to allow titanium manufactring in the USA so they can make all their clubs here. I got this info directly from (several) PING reps.
Umm, no they are not. I bought a new PING Hybrid. It clearly said "Made in China." Maybe it's just the hybrids but I was dismayed that it wasn't made in the USA.
It was a G-10 hybrid. Not only that but it was delivered to my house with the grip in the box, not applied. Fortunately, the shop I bought it at put the grip on for me. Having said that, I still am a PING man; irons, driver, hybrids, putter, and bag!
I've been through the foundry more than once and I love that they are made here, but it looks very much like John Solheim's kids will move the production out of the country.
I can't blame them in some respects since everyone else has already done it, but the reality is they probably could just automate most of the work and remain competitive in the US. The problem is, that takes a lot more time and effort.
0MG This is Soooo cool!

I believe their irons are made here in the good 'ol US of A but their hybrids, drivers, fairway woods, etc. are all made in China.
