  • PICA PAU FOREVER!

  • awesome!

  • where to get the sheet music ? we want to play it on four guitar can u help us with the sheets?

  • @IamDaCapo I ordered it from the GSP online guitar music shop (search it on google, then you'll find the music under 4 guitars, L, then the second page) but it didn't arrive, so I've just reorded it through my local retailer.

  • the quality is quite good :D

  • AMAZING!!!

  • sin palabras...

  • @89chancho sin palabras indeed!

  • :,)

  • Csodás.......

  • 5:23 Amazing

  • this is very nice

  • ESTE GUITARRISTA ES DE LOMEJOR

  • This is sex not music..

  • This song is indeed playable on 1 guitar. I tried it already but it sounds choppy on 1 guitar alone. Probably need 2 guitars to make it flow nicely.

  • @lavamaster530 look for Kazuhito Yamashita, he plays this song on one guitar and sounds amazing

  • EXQUISITO

  • Love LAGQ since first finding you from the other eclectics on the old Napster.

  • I can't help but to visualize that Tom and Jerry cartoon that used this song.

  • That's a great song.... People say that it was in Tom and Jerry, Loonie Tunes and so on, but nobody says that: yes, this came from a Hungarian virtouso!

  • this is an awesome song but its amazing to thing that only one pianist plays this

  • I LOVE THIS VERSION. I THIK IS THE BEST. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!!!!! I'LL NEVER GET TIRED OF LISTEN TO IT.

  • These guys make me want to get my chops up so insanely badly

  • I like the bold guy. He's pretty bad ass.

  • so beautiful

  • Wow

  • If you notice the heay set guy has a mechanical brace fitted between the lower bout of the guitar and the top of his left thigh. He uses this instead of the 'traditional' foot rest which I never understood as a guitar player. I use a strap and therefore don't have to worry about dropping the guitar and my hands don't get tired from holding on too tight. Besides, it's difficult for heavy people to do the things svelte people can do.

  • @musicman8942

That heavy set guy goes by the name of Scott Tennant, he heads the guitar program up at USC, he will get shit done with or without a mechanical stand, regardless of his size.

  • @musicman8942 idk if you've ever noticed or not, but a lot of classical guitarist use these "braces" as opposed to footrests. in fact, i went to see these guys a couple nights ago and two of the four of them were using them, scott tennant wasnt using anything. and he still tore it up.

  • @jacobcs i'm not sure what braces are but my guitar teacher told me that classical guitarists are starting to move away from the footstools because prolonged use of them causes back problems or at least that is something he/other classical guitarists have observed.

  • @musicman8942 Its all about posture for the classical guitar, with a strap you wouldnt have the same capabilities, tone, or physical ability to sustain playing on the classical guitar. The brace is just a replacement for the footstool, the footstool is just to hold the guitar higher for the left hand. Hope this helped :D

  • @zacrichey The strap is not a physical inconvenience. If you look up guitarist David Starobin you can see what he does with the guitar... :)

  • @gonzalo2000 Thats neat! thanks for sharing. Though i wouldnt really see a strap as necessary for me when playing classical guitar sitting down, but hey, if it helps ya play better then go for it.

  • fat man squashed his foot rest

  • Magnificent.

  • Wow! Great! But I prefer to play on piano because you do not need eight hands to play it correctly, only two hands and an impressive skill, of course!

  • wouldn't expect anything less than the LAGQ im glad i got to see them perform this piece live.

  • Amazing, damn = )))

  • WOW! That was truly amazing!

  • And there are 2 people that suffer with their existence

  • The music is the art of sensible and logically that organizes a coherent mix of sounds and silences using fundamental principles of melody, harmony and rhythm, through the intervention of psycho-psychic complex processes.

And this gentlemen, this is music.

  • Loved 5:40

  • Excellent. A very clean and accurate performance of an obviously very technical piece.

  • it's wonderfull

  • Por favor que alguien les enseñe a leer una partitura.

  • no its the same guitar, still classical, just different headstock

  • is the guy in red using a different kind of guitar? the tune of his guitar is way lower than normal.

  • @guillz I believe it may be a baritone guitar...possibly...

  • @guillz

    hes using a 7 string i believe.

  • @VulcanZoso and you think its tuned in D E A D G B E from top to bottom? or maybe lower?

  • @guillz

    maybe idk.

  • for some reason, i like the guitar version more than the piano version. this is so charming..

  • Wow, that's amazing. I'm voiceless.

  • Wonderful and a whole lot more

  • Lo mejor que he escuchado en guitarra. Sensacional interpretación de este Cuarteto. Me gustaría recir mas temas de ellos, ya los he escuchado todos

  • beautiful

  • 4:38 AMAZING.

  • WOW !!!

  • PERFECT

  • Bill kanengiser !!!! Maaaaaannnn a greeeeeeatttt guitarist!! i was surprised to find him here in this vid!!! For those who dont know him, hes the guy on the far right with the beard, and also search turkish march, and youll see just a small sample as to why he is one my greatest inspirations

  • AMAZING~!!!!!!!!!!

  • Yeah! Connect it to my veins!

  • that was so great

  • 40 fingers of Joy!

  • If I had 8 arms and that kind of skill, I would never stop playing this to myself.

  • @sovietsentinel and 4 guitars

  • @sovietsentinel what a wonderful idea :) but mate you would need a guitar with 4 necks haha !!!

  • Oh my gosh this tune was on Tom and Jerry, and Tom was playing the piano!!!!!!!!

  • @An1malcr0ss1ng jerry too :D

  • @An1malcr0ss1ng Gotta remember Bugs Bunny too!!!

  • @An1malcr0ss1ng Actually the best music I have ever listened to, came form Tom and Jerry. :P

  • @An1malcr0ss1ng It was also used in both a Bugs Bunny AND Woody Woodpecker cartoon!

  • @richmonksgtr AND Tiny Toon Adventures AND Who Framed Roger Rabbit? AND numerous other cartoons as well!

  • @An1malcr0ss1ng AND the Animaniacs cartoon "Wakko's Wish", where the melody was given lyrics in "The Wishing Star" song.

  • wow

  • this is music for my ears! BRAVO!

  • sick

  • LOVE IT!

  • nice cut off lol

  • whos that at the right corner?

    isnt him William Kanengiser?

  • yep

  • @avatar334 yeah

  • LUCIOUS.

What I like the most is how the sort of flavor of the piece changes with the use of a new instrument. The first melodic theme becomes sort of a tango/bolero latin sort of thing, and the second turns a little bluegrass.

  • * * * * * B R A V O * * * * *

  • thats nic3!!!

  • I had a lesson with Matt Hoff only a few weeks ago. Brilliant guitarist.

  • what do you mean with the last sentence?

  • Nagyon ügyesen oldották meg.

  • Very Nice

  • You are the best guitarist in the world....!!!amazing...

  • Great, amazing even, not the best. That would fall to perhaps Segovia or Yamashita.

  • amen

  • whats with the second guitar (counting left to right) his frets? and strings? :S!

  • it seems to be an extension to the guitar

i think its an extra bass string for the lower parts of the this transcription

thats why no one else plays except him at about 2:35 into the video

  • los angeles guitar quartet-LAGQ

  • bloody brilliant !!!!!!! 5*

  • fucking awesome...

  • Yeah!

  • Very nice, but what's with the opening melody? That must be a flub. They couldn't seriously consider that a reasonable interpretation.

  • veeeeeeery niiiiiiiiiice!!

    lizt was the best!

  • WOW... very nice ;) !!!

  • that was beautiful
