I'm thinking much of this performance is either pre-recorded or the entire performance is over-dubbed for this video, because the original sound wasn't recorded properly or clearly enough. It's just too perfect, especially in the sequences of the chorus where Peter's jumping around.....

@theword1975 If you read my comment you would see that I said "Whether Peter Gabriel meant it that way or not, to me, is not the point." He could very well have meant it as a mere love song. To me it doesn't exclusively matter what the artist of a work originally intended it to be interpreted as. At its best, art is able to convey Beauty at the deepest level. Gabriel could have meant it as 'just' a love song, but for some of us, it is much more then that. U may interpret it as u wish, as will I.

@ricpride Like I said-it was absolutely killer live.I had seen the SO tour years before(1987) and was totally blown away.Sledge Hammer had just barely started to hit, so the arena was only half full (couldnt believe it) but the Secret World tour (what u see here) I was barely lucky enough to get a ticket in the nosebleeds.It literally sold out in minutes...
