Michael Jai White is an amazing human, Smart and Disciplined. Has a degree in History I believe. I would love to meet the man who was my inspiration for losing over 100 lbs. and in the best shape of my life. 3 gallons of H2O a day and lots of stuff with no taste but lots of protein as Mr. White would say. Also workout with compound basic movements, and when training or fighting always move forward vary speeds don't ever act like a boxer and telegraph your punches. Never fight angry
