These appear to be from the mid/late 1960s or, perhaps, 1970-early 1971.
The toilets are model 3-480 Sanwalton units, while the urinals are model 7-187 Cromwell units. All of them except for the Sanwalton toilet that was in order have their vintage 1966-71 Sloan Royal Quiet-Flush II valves, while the working Sanwalton has a Sloan Royal valve from the 1980s-'90s.
