....if i had a camera i still probably would not show our food storage; one because we have it in diff locations & two, our house is a disaster area of clutter....lol....
one thing i would suggest to get you in the swing of canning, is to buy bulk produce from the farmers market and get to it....also, if you are serious about a garden get the area prepped now....since your in the desert, raised beds, irrigation & a lattice canopy would probably be in order....
