The general idea of the collection was quite interesting, but the bell-shaped wedding dress wasn't chic at all...

As great designers go,i've never considered Lagerfeld as one of them.Chanel had something to say,changed the way we dress! For me,Lagerfeld represents those designers that jump on the band wagon to exploit it for their own ends!!!

I've always felt the same. He does about 6 sketches & leaves the rest to the design team, never giving them credit. He has been rehashing the same organza/tulle column dress for the past 15+ years. Similarly to Valentino, when one reviews his designs over the path of his career, one notices little change. A piece from a 1990 collection looks the same as one from the collection he just presented. I know this will get backlash, but am happy to see someone thinking for themselves. Kudos!

I don't think any video can show how truly beautiful this collection was. This collection shown in detail and pictures is amazing. The dresses on Sasha @ 2:29, and Heidi @ 2:37 are breath taking.

I think it is not deja vu, jus very chanel (such as the dresses: 2:30, 2:42), but adding couture elements into the collection, some of the looks are new: 2:00, 2:20, 2:24
