@00justforfun00 You dont do it in settings or anything. Its not monitored on bungie and you can do it any way you want to like in different squads or one big clan. You decide what the meetings will be like wether it is all about training or its just talking. My im the leader of a clan with 4 squads that are Long range combat, Close range combat, vehicle specialists and spec ops. And its all about training.
