Respond to this video... it shld work ok if u followed instructions as per video coz i did it back then, i connected it to ipod touch and every wireless capable devices i hd n it workd. on ur ipod touch, go to settings>>wifi, it will do a search and it shld find the imac wireless and u shld be able to connect. if it dont connect, make sure ur whole home wireless internet is working ok.

This does work on window vista for all you wondering, all you do is right click the network box on bottom right and chose connect to neighbor's wireless network (don't need a router but u need the in-wifi on)
