@lauren332eseller I can't remember exactly where the link is, but I downloaded the effect from one of the (many) youtube videos that say "Sony Vegas Sparkles". You can type that into the search bar and check some of the videos to see specially what kind of effect you one (there are tons of them that all have different designs and stuff). If you get confused or something though, don't be afraid to ask me and I can go look for the specific effect I used.
