as a kid i played hundreds of pinball games: this one was and is always my fav. i hope to get it one way, but it costs like 4 used and 6,000 new around abouts. when i see one for like 3,000 i'll grab it
Thanks guys. I'm going to try to post short reviews on all of my machines, mainly because I know it helps viewers who's watching youtube right now trying to decide what machine they might be interested in. Believe me, I bought some clunkers not knowing what kind of playability the machine had, but thanks to youtube and internet pinball database, the search has been alot easier. More videos coming soon and please post some more of your gameroom videos as well.
You probably already know but there are 3 magnets in the middle not just one. You should also get a different decal for the thing box. The one I have makes it look like a wooden box.. I want to get the green swamp light and uncle fester on the chair for mine someday...
LOL I didn't know about the 3 magnets. No wonder the machine kicks my butt. I've seen pictures of the thing box decal and it does look great. So does the green light. Uncle Fester is definitely a must mod for your machine
You can actually buy inline fuse protectors for the 3 magnets if you don't have them already. It takes honestly 30 seconds to install them and it could save your playfield from magnet burn if the magnets ever get locked on. It can be a tough machine for sure, but when you get tour the mansion it's a GREAT feeling.
