great video on the waterfront. do your research however this area has its share of problems (i.e. drainage). it was interesting to read the comments of others. i agree overall. these places are not for everyone. but for someone who wants to experience the luxuries of life and can afford it, it doesn't get much better than what Dubai offers. that said i have never been a believer of investing in property in Dubai. stay tuned for the real estate crash anytime now. we are already seeing it...
