Yeah. He's operating under the psychology that if we hear "non-invasive" enough times, we'll eventually buy into it. Serious double-speak from the president of this insurance company.. he's trying to make it sound like this is actually *better* for our privacy..! Ridiculous. The guy's a total spin doctor. From what I know about the process, nowadays most of the people at the top of corporations and government entities arrive there based on their ability to spin the truth.
