What kind of BS test is this, first they click to print at the same time yet the pc connected to laser takes much longer to send to printer.

There are slow ass laser printers just as there are terrible slow color printers. Laser printers are made for business and high output unlike inkjets. Print 20, 30, 40 pages and see which wins with any 1/2 decent laser printer at the same price range and it will blow away this HP inkjet,also lasers have initial warm up and a standby mode so comments are bs

And which printer is faster, if you print more copies of a document? Eg. if I need 20 copies of that 4 paged document? Color laser printing starts later, it might take a bit longer - but it is water resistant. And I'm sure the colors will last longer if I put it in a shopping window directly into the sunshine.

the are not both the same, one of them is running a later version of windows if you look closely than the other

i bought a second hand Ricoh laser printer. Lightning fast, no cooling down, no bullshit,.. and if you are thinking about printing fast and allot, why bother with Wireless? your probably allready on a cabled network and your not the basic home user..

@irulethe70s I've had my L7780 since 2007 and it's about a 250 000 prints as I run a printing business on it. What HP Photosmart model did you have? Home HP printers like the photosmart series are COMPLETELY different from the business models like the Officejet Pro series, but still they should never clog, only Epsons and Canons clog, and I've used HP inkjets for 20 years and nearly half a million prints done on them without clogs.

lol Once the Laser is warmed up. It can print like crazy and you can print thousands pages with Laser toner. Per page printing is expensive with Ink jet.

@SouthFacedWindows Wrong, and I know I have one of each, my inkjet is 34 pages/min in color, and 0.4 cents per color page, my laser is 21 pages/min in color and 25 cents per color page (over 60 times more expensive per page).
