Emergency Blanket: What Good is an Emergency Blanket?

thanks dude great video, me and my buddy are sleeping in our cars around the grand canyon in the next couple of days at -2 degrees celcius....do you think an emergency blanket, a cotton blanket & another blanket plus clothes will be enough for us to be warm?
