I had some last nigh and also slept with it under pillow. It was my first night and let me tell you I had some weird but cool dreams. Alot of colors and clairty. (and in morning I woke up didnt think I dreamt then 1 minute later I isntanly remember) this herb is awesome
What your talking about you can do without using any substances and I will correct you you can speak perfectly fine while in a dream that you control. It only depend on your experience level. In my dreams I can control everything I don't use any substances at all and I can speak and create anything I want
@Davidle141 lol I'm well aware that you can have lucid dreams while not on any "substances", I am just into botany so I found it interesting... also, this video is from over a year ago lol, so, much has changed since then. I've had some of my greatest life experiences (I prefer to call them openings I'm not sure why) from compound extraction. Also, about the speaking thing, I've come to find out what it is and it's called "Sleep Paralysis" and it happens even when I'm completely "sober".
Clinching your body isn't what caused the dream to change. It is not hard to wake up from a nightmare just say I want to wake up and you will wake up.
I smoke mugwort for relaxation... but on the subject of Lucid Dreams... My very first lucid dream WAS a nightmare... I realized I was dreaming, while being chased around a mental institution by a clown (I had just watched IT LOL). At any rate, the logical part of my brain decided that laying down to sleep in my dream would make me wake up... and OF COURSE... it worked! The trick with lucid dreaming is to realize that whatever you believe to be true WILL BE TRUE! Happy dreaming! ;)
@flyeagles24 a lucid dream is a dream where you know you are dreaming... some 10% of people will have a lucid dream the first night they learn about what a lucid dream is... if i were you i would just do some studying online... I am very big into dreams and the study of dreams
cannabis can help stop the lucid dreams, when i woke up from a lucid dream and went back to bed a few minutes later i always returned ,then i remembered terence mckenna saying that pot stopped his dream life,so when i awoke from the state on another occasion i smoked a few bowls of thai sativa and i never returned to the lucid dream state, weed should be given to people who have sleep paralysis disorder, i havent had 1 dream for almost 4 months, since ive been taking my medi kush 4 my crohns.
it sends shivers down my spine just thinking about it. I'll never forget the demonic faces i encountered on a few of my mugwort journeys, piercing me with there black sadistic evil eyes gripping me into a state of paralysis sending almost painfull shivers down my spine. the stabbings sending a numb shocking pain through me forcing me out of the dream state,it really is some freaky shit mugwort, very very realistic. it can be heavenly or hellish.
i smoked3 bigmugwort Js foraround8 consecutive nights and had some very realistic dreams and nightmares, was chased round my home by a knife wielding ghostly demon, had a flashback of a high dose psilocybin trip, got laid a few timeslol after about the 4th expirience i had a little ritual whenever i wasn't sure if i was dreaming or awake,i'd bite down on my finger and if it sank through with no pain i was dreaming. way too unpredictable and realistic for me,when i was stabbed it felt almost real.
great videos. i feel the exact same way about it. comparing you now to the last video, it has the same, calming effect on me. i think i'll make some tea right now, i didn't sleep last night.
Dreams are pretty cool. Sometimes they'll have you figure a few things out. Nightmares seem to have a meaning. I have had metaphoric nightmares to show me signs in the real world. I had a cup of Mugwort tea last night and only recall a few dreams. Explain? Okay! The first I was digging through my grandfathers attick looking for cool antiques. Then I left his house to find a mangled human/dog which i fed. The next I was skateboarding and had control of where I went and who i talked to.Pretty cool
put the dried or fresh leaves in a freezer bag then put loads of pinholes in the bag , scrunch the bag to release the chemicals , whack it under your pillowcase and dream away
Howdy Jan, if nightmares are a problem for ya then mixing in some mullein or chamomile into your tea should help. The way I use mugwort is to powder it (as close to powder as I can, cuz it's kinda wooly, haha) in an electric coffee grinder, put 1 - 2 tsps (per cup) into the French coffee press, cover with enough freshly boiled water and put the plunger lid on and let steep for 30 mins. Then stir well, let settle & pour. I usually strain it thru a coffee filter.
If you want it to be more sedative and actually cause almost a euphoria or sorts, try pouring boiling water into a cup with shredded leaves covering it in a cheese cloth, then cover it with something so the steam does not release, the steam often carries away the desired chemicals/benefits. I used 1 cup of water to 2 teaspoons of shredded mugwort leaf. Be careful, this can be very potent.
*I pick my herbs locally for the most part, im not sure if that will effect the outcome*
@demonroullete wow, thanks! Although, I do not have leaves, nor do I know where to buy them. I know there are websites you can buy from, but I don't trust a lot of them because their stuff usually isn't very potent.
@demonroullete i love intense dreams, i have been studying nightmares and how they work and how to intensify them for a few years now. I have mastered the right brew finally and with a mix of other herbal substances that i take once a week and it really makes them vivid and intense. once in a while there is a dream or two, but i prefer nightmares. :)
Dreams states are manifest in the Pineal Gland within your brain. Regulation of the chemical called DMT goes on in your brain every single night. This powerful hallucinogen is responsible for the vivid dreams and near-death experiences we all experience. Shamans who use Ayahuasca are attempting to journey through their dreams using the pineal gland as a portal.

Have you ever tried astral projection? Pretty easy to do if you are having lucid dreams a lot

The stuff grows everywhere, don't buy it.
I assure you that if you learn what it looks like, you'll be able to find it growing on waste ground and on the edges of parks.
Go have a look :-)
